Six-Figure Coaching Business – Beta Members
A certain number of people will be invited to beta test this course at no cost. They may be dismissed from the program at any time or for any reason we deem in our judgment to be legitimate. Beta-test participants will be dismissed from the course if they do not take part regularly, help improve it by providing input, and provide video testimonials when they achieve results from using the techniques in the course. All other provisions in this Terms and Agreements document apply to Beta Members of the Six-Figure Coaching Business course.
No Promise of Results or Income
Our courses are intended for vocational or non-vocational self-improvement only. No promise of any particular results or any form of revenue or income as a result of taking part in any of our courses is promised or implied. The student is entirely responsible for any and all results, and indirect results, that they experience as a result of applying any of the techniques from any of our courses.
Certification
To qualify for certification by the NLP & Coaching Institute, all students must complete the specific Certification Requirements as stated in our individual courses. Certification is NOT guaranteed and is at the discretion of our instructor.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our Life Coach Certification Online course provides the purchaser a choice to make one payment of $997 or two payments of $597. Upon completion of the purchase, access to the full course is given which includes the membership portal and public Facebook group. Our two payment option is not to be considered a payment plan and is instead an agreement to full fill the two payments. No cancellations are allowed. Both payments must be made to avoid being locked out of our member’s area.
Our LIVE 3-Day Life Coach Certification Trainings take place in various cities across the United States. Once the purchaser registers they are committing to attend and pay for one LIVE 3-day training. In addition to the live 3-day training, they will also receive access to our online member’s area.
After purchasing any of our online courses, the purchaser may request and receive a complete refund within 15 days of their purchase, so long as they have not accessed our member’s platform and/or our online training materials. The purchaser’s cancellation and request for a refund must be provided to us via email or in writing within 15 days of their purchase. All such requests may be submitted to support@LifeCoachAlexander.com.
The VIP Coaching For Coaches® program is a monthly subscription, no contracts or fees apply. Cancellation can be requested by sending an email to support@LifeCoachAlexander.com. When a customer cancels their monthly subscription, they are still obligated to pay for the entire month in which they have canceled. Their cancellation will begin the following month after the month in which they have canceled.
Our VIP Coaching For Coaches® program is a month-to-month online coaching program. It is non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, there are no refunds.
The Ideal Client Matrix® is an online course for learning how to acquire and keep exceptional clients. It is non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, there are no refunds.
Our Six Figure Coaching Business Course is an online training for marketing life coaching services. It is a one-time payment of $997 and is sometimes is offered at various discount prices. We offer a 60-day refund from the date of purchase only if the purchaser has not accessed our member’s only platform and/or our online training materials. Our LIVE 3-day Life Coach Certification Trainings require us to expend considerable out of pocket expenses to produce and promote them. For this reason, our refund policy on all our live 3-Day Trainings is as follows:
Payment for our LIVE 3-Day trainings may be made in full or in 3 monthly payments. Once the purchaser has enrolled and made full or partial payment for one of our LIVE 3-Day Trainings, our refund policy is as follows: If the purchaser cancels by informing us in writing or by emailing us at Support@LifeCoachAlexander.com
90 days prior to the first day of the event ……………………100% refund of the amount paid
60 days prior to the first day of the event ………………………50% refund of the amount paid
30 days prior to the first day of the event ……………………..NO REFUNDS of the amount paid
Upon cancellation, the purchaser is not obligated to make additional monthly payments on their payment plan for the live event they have registered for. They will not be refunded any paid tuitions they have paid if they cancel within 30 days of the event.
Date Changes
We reserve the right to postpone scheduled 3-Day Training events due to safety-related to COVID 19 and vaccine availability. Such postponements will be at our sole discretion and for the purpose of keeping participants safe and also for the purpose of obeying local laws and regulations.
Should we postpone an event due to safety concerns, no refunds will be issued. All participants will be notified of the new date and be given guaranteed seating in the re-scheduled event. Any out-of-pocket expenses paid by the purchaser such as hotel, rental car, etc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. NO out of pocket expenses incurred by the purchaser will be refunded or remembered by LIfeCoachAlexander.com, its affiliates, or contractors.
No Warranties
Nothing on this website or in the Member’s area constitutes or is meant to constitute advice of any kind. If you require advice, please consult a legal, financial or other appropriate professional.
Limitations of Liability
LifeCoachAlexander.com will not be liable in relation to the contents of, or the use of the content on this website, including all content in the training and courses area of the Member’s area.
